Experienced freelance Foley artist and Foley mixer.

We tell stories through sound – A connection between realism and hyperrealism.
Foley is the art of re creating organic sounds using a variety of raw materials and textures in order to tell a story. The art of Foley can replace existing sound elements or increase the emotional immersion of the audience. The latter can be reached by creating sound textures in order to arouse emotions, engage the audience, enhance the listening experience and support the storytelling. The art of Foley has its application in film, radio, theatre and the game industry. The recording focuses entirely on using raw materials and does not involve computer generated sounds nor artificial intelligence methods.

FOLEY PERFORMING

Foley performing for film, TV series, advertisment and visual artists. I cre-create organic sounds in sync with the picture in order to help telling the story and enchance emotions. These can be footsteps, props and movements.
FOLEY MIXING

Collaborating with other Foley artists in post production facilities. Capturing organic Foley sounds using live signal processing and other necessary tools. Impementing microphone techniques, creating sound prespectives to match the picture, retain the natural soundscape and enchance the storytelling. Working with Pro Tools and Nuendo.
FOLEY EDITING

CoEditing Foley recorded material. Selecting the best recordings, cleaning, syncing and layering sounds to create a powerful result that blends naturaly to the rest of the soundscape.
